Saying Gratitude and Love Affirmations
Feeling good, saying gratitude, and love affirmations are easy things to achieve. All you need is 5 minutes in the morning, a pen, and paper to write the affirmations. Take a few deep breaths in and out to calm the mind. On one sheet of paper, write out a list of things you are grateful for. It can be anything about you, people you know, or simply anything that exists in this world you appreciate. The options are limitless. You can be grateful for things that are big or small; it does not matter, just show gratitude.
Once you finish writing your gratitude list, next, grab another sheet of paper so you can begin creating your love affirmations. Then, start by writing out the things you truly love. This could include anything about yourself, someone special, or even something in the world that fills your heart with joy. Importantly, there is no limit to what these affirmations can be about. Ultimately, the purpose is to help raise your vibration and get you feeling positive and uplifted for the day, which in turn helps you attract even more good things into your life. Additionally, you can choose to spend more than five minutes writing your affirmations if it feels right. However, if you are just beginning this practice, I recommend spending at least five minutes to get started.
