Exchange & Return Policy
At Jasii2Bombiie.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items not returned in this condition will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead (minus the restocking fee).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and sanitary reasons, undergarments such as underwear and bras are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Fees & Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Ineligible Returns
- Items returned after the 7-day period will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Ineligible returns will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at support@Jasii2bombiie.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, ship your item(s) back using the provided instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved refunds.
